39th Annual HSMAI South Florida Gala - Awards Dinner & Silent Auction

The Annual Gala is a night full of celebration for our core HSMAI successes.

This year, we’re thrilled to honor Phil Goldfarb as our 2023 Hospitality Legend. With over two decades of service as COO of the Fontainebleau Miami Beach, Phil has made significant contributions to renowned establishments like JW Marriott Turnberry Resort & Spa and Fontainebleau Aviation. A distinguished FIU Chaplin School of Hospitality graduate, he exemplifies leadership and excellence, serving as Chair of the Dean’s Board of Directors at FIU. Honored with the Excellence Award in Tourism by the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, Phil's impact on tourism is profound. The South Florida community eagerly anticipates celebrating his achievements at the 39th Annual HSMAI South Florida Gala.

During the evening, we will also the honor and celebrate South Florida's Top Talent across multiple hospitality categories - from the various areas of sales and marketing, hotel general management, and revenue optimization…and from newcomer superstars to seasoned leaders.

In addition to honoring hospitality legends and leaders, the gala will also feature a Silent Auction to raise funds for the HSMAI South Florida Dr. Peter Ricci Scholarship Fund. Thanks in great part to your contributions; our chapter is able to offer deserving students, registered in hospitality and tourism management college-level across South Florida.
